We are a puertorican company dedicated to growing and processing the finest coffee in the island.

Our factory is divided into three processes: The first process is hulling the dry coffee been to remove the parchment skin. The second process is classifying by density at the same time removing debris like sticks and rocks. The last process is classifying the grain by size.

Our coffee is roasted in an indirect fire roster in amounts not exceeding 50 pounds in order to ensure even roasting. Then the coffee passes to a sealed silo awaiting the milling process.

At this stage the roasted coffee paces to a mill, were its graded. Then a screw conveyer   transport s  the coffee to a packing machine.

Our packing machine   displaces   oxygen by using nitrogen and then seals the package. This way we ensure that our product can last for years.
